How far in advance should I place an order?

For everyday supplies, same day is fine. For custom balloons or personalized items, please allow [2–5] days; large installs need [1–2] weeks.

Can you help me plan a theme or color palette?

Absolutely. Bring a photo or vibe, and our team will suggest coordinated tableware, décor, and balloons that fit your budget.

Do you inflate balloons I bought elsewhere?

We can inflate most unopened, quality balloons for a per-balloon fee. We’re not liable for defects in third-party products.

How long do balloons last?

Foil/mylar typically float 3–5 days (often longer). Standard latex float 10–24 hours; add Hi-Float for up to 2–3 days. Outdoor heat, sun, or wind will shorten float time.

What balloon sizes and styles do you carry?

Everything from mini (5") to jumbo (40"+), plus numbers/letters, confetti, chrome, orbz, and specialty shapes. Custom colors available on request.

Do you install balloon arches/garlands on-site?

Yes. We offer design, delivery, and professional installation. Pricing depends on size, style, and location—request a quote.

Can I customize banners, backdrops, or favor bags?

We print custom banners, backdrops, stickers, and favor labels. Send artwork or have us design it—proofs provided before printing.

Do you make “Party-in-a-Box” kits?

We do! Choose from curated themes or build your own. Kits include coordinated tableware, décor, and optional balloons.

Do you carry eco-friendly options?

Yes—compostable plates, plant-based cutlery, paper straws, and reusable décor. Ask for our “Low-Waste Party” picks.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Unopened, unused non-custom items may be returned within [14/30] days with receipt. Custom and inflated items are final sale.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major cards, cash, tap-to-pay, and [Apple Pay/Google Pay]. House accounts available for approved organizations.

Do you offer discounts for schools, nonprofits, or bulk orders?

Helium is non-flammable, but tanks must be handled by adults and secured upright. Never inhale helium.
